The following information contains the terms and conditions of the online shop and the privacy policy according to DSVGO.
General Terms and Conditions
"Tiny Rooms Therapy" by Mirjam Karrenbrock (Austria) designs, develops and distributes digital and physical products and decorations for all types of miniature rooms, diarams, room boxes and more.
All designs are self-creations and therefore the intellectual property of Tiny Rooms Therapy.
The purchase of a digital product, such as a DIY kit for the production of a real product, entitles to use only in a personal context, but not to the duplication, transfer and commercial exploitation of the patterns, instructions and the resulting finished products. Digital products are considered delivered with the download and cannot be exchanged or returned. -> see Fulfillment Policy -> Return Policy.
The purchase of a physical product that Tiny Rooms Therapy sends to you entitles you to use only in a personal context, but not to the duplication or commercial exploitation of our intellectual property. Real, physical products are only manufactured after your order and are therefore individual productions on behalf of the customer; this has a restrictive effect on the possibilities of return -> see Fulfillment Guidelines -> Return Policy.
PRICE DESIGN and PURCHASE CURRENCY
A. Digital products (downloads)
The prices of the digital products include a single-user license for the production of any number of products for personal use. The digital products are considered delivered, accepted and received from the download. A return of digital products is excluded.
There are no delivery costs or delivery costs when a digital product is purchased.
B.) Physical products (production and shipping)
The prices of the physical products apply to exactly the product shape and design that is shown to you in the shop. In addition, there are shipping costs based on the current tariffs of the Austrian Post and include packaging and packaging recycling tax. Your order starts the manufacturing process, so the product must be paid in full when ordering.
C.) Special requests and individual products (production and shipping)
Any special requests, including special forms of shipping such as international express shipping, which you must discuss with Tiny Rooms Therapy by M. Karrenbrock BEFORE ordering, will lead to a higher total price than the standard product with standard shipping shown in the shop.
The prices for explicit, highly individual individual products are calculated after precise recording of customer wishes and after clarification of all specifications (size, materials, properties).
For special requests, special shipping forms and individual products, we then create an "individual individual product" in our online shop that exactly meets the requirements discussed. You can then buy this individual product in our online shop. Unless otherwise agreed, standard shipping costs are added to the pure product price on the basis of the current tariffs of the Austrian Post and include packaging and packaging recycling.
Your order starts the manufacturing process, so the product must be paid in full when ordering.
The shop currency
Our prices are all in EURO €, they include 20% VAT; are therefore gross. The shop software or Your financial service provider is also able to show you the price at the current exchange rate in your local currency. As a result, the price of a product displayed in a currency other than the EURO € can change as soon as the exchange rate changes. Of course, Tiny Rooms Therapy has no influence on this.
Costs of financial service providers, costs of currency conversion
As part of payment processing, you may incur fees from the payment processor (credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, etc.), in particular for the conversion into currencies other than the EURO. On these action costs or We have no influence on fees.

FULL FILLMENT GUIDELINES
Cancellations can be made up to exactly 24 hours after ordering. The purchase price will be refunded if the payment processor/financial service provider does not charge separate fees for it, over which we have no influence. After 24 hours, a cancellation is no longer possible, as the production process of your product has already begun.
Product production takes time and begins 24 hours after your purchase. Depending on the size, circumference and quantity, it sometimes goes quickly by hand, sometimes it takes a long time. After the purchase and with our confirmation, we will be happy to give you an approximate period of time in which production will be completed and your order will be ready for shipment. For influences caused by force majeure (collapse of public order, uprisings, blackouts, currency collapse, beginning of war, atomic bomb hit, return of Christ according to the Apocalypse, etc.), we assume no guarantee and liability; however, as far as possible, we will inform you immediately if unexpected and delaying events occur.
The shipping costs are based on the current standard tariffs of the Austrian Post plus packaging and packaging recycling tax. All packages have a tracking number, which we will inform you immediately. Smaller and lighter shipments are sent as a letter as standard, abroad with corresponding customs links. If you explicitly attach importance to special forms of shipping (express, registered mail, value shipment, personal handover), please let us know BEFORE placing an order. We will then be happy to calculate the increased tariff for you. Note: an international express package can cost up to 150€ more than a standard package.
The shipping time within the EU is a few days to a week. International parcels and letters can be on the road between a week and several weeks.
If the shipment cannot be delivered to you, for example after various delivery attempts or because you have not picked it up from the deposit office, it will be returned to us for a fee. If you then want a new shipment, we will charge you the return costs and the new shipping costs.
Return policy / refund policy. Digital products (downloads) are excluded from any return and refund. Physical products, which are individually manufactured on behalf of the customer without exception and in no case in stock goods, can be returned for 30 days, but exclusively under the following conditions: The product(s) must be returned undamaged, unprocessed and in their original packaging at your expense to Tiny Rooms Therapy M. Karrenbrock, Petzles 4, 8505 St. Nikolai, Styria, Austria. As soon as you have sent us the delivery note together with the tracking number digitally, we will arrange the reversal of the purchase process and the refund of the product price, but not the shipping costs already incurred.
What to do in case of damage? All products will be shipped undamaged, complete and error-free. If you notice any damage, be sure to observe your obligation to cooperate to document the damage or damage. In the event of obvious damage to the package or letter, you must already inform the deliverer and clearly document the damage photographically. Even in the event of later detected damage or impairment of the delivered products/product, you must participate in the documentation and, at our request, to send multiple and clear, clear and unadulterated photographs to shop@tinyroomstherapy.com. This helps us to make the transport company liable. You have to support us comprehensively. Your advantage for this cooperation: Of course, we will replace damaged or missing parts immediately and free of charge for you.
Data protection
Your data, which is collected by us during the ordering and payment process, during the reconciliation, production and finalization phase, during the shipping execution and the handling of any return, refund or damage processes that may occur, will be stored securely in digital or printed form for the duration of the statutory retention period. After expiry of the legal retention period, both the digital and the original data will be destroyed.
We undertake to comply with the GDPR and publish the corresponding declaration in full on this homepage.
Important:
We have no influence and no access to the data that the financial service providers and payment processors collect, store and evaluate. The guidelines and rules of those card networks or payment services that you have chosen at the time of purchase apply. This applies to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay or Sofortüberweisung.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE HANDLING OF RIGHTS
All the miniatures presented on this informative page - with the exception of historical examples - stem from my own creativity and performance. They are thus subject to copyright and work creation law.
However, if the rights of third parties or legal provisions are violated or competition law problems arise, I demand, citing § 8 para. 4 UWG, first a proof of the authorization to represent and then an appropriate, sufficiently explanatory and quick message without a cost note.
The rightly objected passages or parts of these pages will be removed within a reasonable period of time or extensively adapted to the legal requirements.
The involvement of a lawyer without prior contact would constitute a violation of § 13 para. 5 UWG, because of the pursuit of non-objectives as the dominant motive for the initiation of proceedings, in particular an intention to achieve costs as the actual driving force, as well as a violation of the obligation to mitigate damages.
DISCLAIMER

TINY ROOMS THERAPY assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("links") that are outside the area of responsibility of TINY ROOMS THERAPY, a liability obligation would only come into force in the case in which TINY ROOMS THERAPY has knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for it to prevent the use in the case of illegal content. TINY ROOMS THERAPY therefore expressly declares that at the time of linking, the corresponding linked pages were free of illegal content. TINY ROOMS THERAPY has no influence on the current and future design and content of the linked pages. Therefore, TINY ROOMS THERAPY hereby expressly distances itself from all contents of all linked pages that were changed after the link was set. This statement applies to all links and references set within your own Internet offer. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use of such information, the provider of the page to which reference was referred is solely liable, not the one who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
3. Copyright and trademark law
TINY ROOMS THERAPY strives to observe the copyrights of the graphics, images and video sequences used on these pages, to use graphics, images and videos created by itself or to use royalty-free or explicitly licensed graphics, images and videos for this purpose. 6. Legal validity of this exclusion of liability

DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (DSVGO)
General notes
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our privacy policy listed under this text.
Data collection on our website
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
The data processing on a commercial website is usually carried out by the website operator, i.e. TINY ROOMS THERAPY M. Karrenbrock. Our data collection on this homepage is limited to the number of visitors to this homepage and to the rating of GoogleSearchConsole, an analysis tool that determines whether we offer readable texts, well-placed images and scalable pages - depending on the device with which you access our pages.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected by the fact that you provide it to us. This can be, for example, data that you enter into a contact form. However, we do not have a contact form and under no circumstances encourage you to provide us with confidential, personal data via this homepage. Other data is usually automatically collected by IT systems of the hosting provider when you visit a website. These are mainly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter a website.
What do we use your data for?
For absolutely nothing. In order to ensure an error-free provision of the website, we use GoogleSearchConsole to find errors in links or to correct defective forms of presentation. Other data that is used on other pages of other providers to analyze your user behavior is not collected on this purely informative website: what for?
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You would have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data if we collect it. What we don't do. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data if we collect it. What we don't do! For this as well as for further questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. Furthermore, you have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. In addition, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. Details can be found in the privacy policy under "Right to restriction of processing".
Analysis tools and third-party tools
The visit to our website can be statistically recorded. This is done automatically by the provider on which these pages are hosted, i.e. in our case world4you.com. In addition, our web publishing program "Webacapella" automatically sets a cookie, whether we like it or not. An analysis of your surfing behavior does not take place; your surfing behavior can therefore not be traced back to you by us. You can object to this non-taking-place analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Detailed information can be found in the following privacy policy. You can object to this analysis. We will inform you about the possibilities of objection in this data protection declaration.
General information and mandatory information
Data protection
The operator of these pages, i.e. TINY ROOMS THERAPY, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We would treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration if we only collected it. What we don't do. When you use this website, we do not collect any personal data. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we could collect and what we would use it for. She also explains how and for what purpose this is done. We generally point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can always have new, great security gaps. A complete protection of your data against access by third parties is not possible and - as far as state and intelligence access is concerned - not at all desired.
Note on the responsible body
The responsible body for data collection and data processing on this website is no one in our small business TINY ROOMS THERAPY, because we do not collect such data.
The responsible body would be the natural person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses), whereby we do not have and do not need such a natural person or a body because we do not collect any personal data.
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke an already given consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. This is what it says in the legal text that every website operator must publish - regardless of whether this is relevant or insubstantial nonsense.
Right to object to data collection in special cases as well as to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)
If the data processing - which does not take place with us - were to take place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 of the GDPR, you would have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this would also apply to profiling based on these provisions, which we reject just as much as the devil a fresh load of holy water. The respective legal basis on which processing would be based if it took place can be found in this data protection declaration. If you object, we will not process your personal data - collected at any time - even if we could demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing would serve to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (objection according to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR).
If your personal data were processed for the purpose of direct advertising, you would have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct advertising. Since we do not operate such data collection and also such direct advertising, this whole, mandatory passage is irrelevant. If you nevertheless object, your uncollected personal data will then no longer be used for the purpose of non-taking place direct advertising (objection according to Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR).
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, the persons concerned have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The right of appeal exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies. A list of data protection officers and their contact details can be found at the following link: https://www.dsb.gv.at/kontakt (applies to our native Austria).
Right to data portability
Theoretically, you have the right to have data that we would process automatically handed over to yourself or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible. Since our small, tranquil small business does not process data automatically, it would be a technical miracle if something could be transferred to you or a third party.
Information, blocking, deletion and correction
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. However, please do not be surprised if your question is surprised, as we do not collect such data.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. For this purpose, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
• If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the examination, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. That's what the law says. However, it has nothing to do with our homepage here, because we do not collect and process correct or false personal data.
• If the processing of your personal data is or happens unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
If we no longer need your personal data that we have not collected, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
• If you have filed an objection in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be made between your and our interests. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data - apart from its storage - may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
Objection to advertising emails due to the imprint
The use of our contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
Data collection on our website by third parties
It gets exciting here, because the previously outlined data protection efforts of TINY ROOMS THERAPY on this information homepage about miniatures are countered by a large number of multinational companies and state institutions by still collecting your data. We will now clarify this for you:
Cookies
The programming and publication software of our Internet pages uses a so-called cookie; the English expression for a piece of pastry. Why, we don't know ourselves. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are allegedly used to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. At least this is claimed by the mandatory text displayed in the footer area, which surprises you when you first visit our homepage and must be clicked away if it is not to constantly stand in the way. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and stored by your browser.
Most of the cookies used are so-called session cookies. They will be automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you actively delete them, which we strongly encourage you to do. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser the next time you visit our site. What is on this homepage without any meaning to us.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of a website may be limited. With our website, this does not matter at all, because we have not implemented any functionality that would be based on cookies.
Cookies that would be necessary to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions desired by you (e.g. shopping cart function) would be stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. However, the website operator - i.e. we - has no legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of our services. As far as other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyze your surfing behavior) would be stored, we would have to be really ashamed, because such a thing does not belong.
Server log files
The provider of the pages (world4you.com) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to the provider. These are:
• Browser type and browser version
• operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request and again your...
• IP address.
The provider must do this and keep this data accessible forever, so that state agencies can check at any time who has looked at what and when to protect the always threatened "national security". A combination of this data with other data sources is only carried out by intelligence services, law enforcement authorities and Internet companies. The website operator, i.e. TINY ROOMS THERAPY, is in any case not interested in this data and the server log files.
A beautiful, evil tool: Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform presentation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. So far, so good. But now it's getting really scary: For this purpose, the browser you use must make an active connection to Google's servers. As a result, Google becomes aware that our website was accessed via your IP address. You have to imagine that! Although the use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our homepage and allegedly represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, it perverts all the lofty promises of data protection. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
Please do not believe the information and assurances of Google in good faith. Neither the information provided by Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or YouTube.
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest with extended data protection
This website currently uses plugins from the YouTube website to embed videos that are hosted there. The operator of the YouTube pages is YouTube Inc., LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. We use YouTube in extended data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode causes YouTube not to store any information about visitors to this website before they watch a video. On the other hand, the transfer of data to YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the extended data protection mode, i.e. the data will be passed on to third parties. For example, YouTube - regardless of whether you are watching a video - connects to the Google DoubleClick network. As soon as you start a YouTube video on our website, a connection is established to YouTube's servers. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Furthermore, YouTube can store various cookies on your device after starting a video. With the help of these cookies, YouTube can receive information about visitors to our website. This information is used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent fraud attempts. The cookies remain on your device until you delete them. If necessary, further data processing operations can be triggered after the start of a YouTube video, over which we have no influence. You have to imagine that! The global corporations do what they want, and those who were actually chosen by us to protect us from such machinations do absolutely nothing about it. The use of YouTube is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online information. Although the embedding of YouTube videos represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, it is in reality a surrender of the regulatory institutions to the omnipotence of the Internet corporations. Further information about data protection at YouTube can be found in their privacy policy at: https://www.youtube.com/t/privacy_at_youtube. It's best not to believe a word of it.
Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we would like to receive an e-mail address from you and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We will use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and will not pass it on to third parties. The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form will take place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes remained unaffected by this.
Summary
You surf anonymously and (at least by us) unobserved on these information pages of TINY ROOMS THERAPY.
However, your visit to our homepage will be extensively recorded - regardless of a more or less perfectly formulated GDPR declaration. For example, from your web browser in the surf history, which in turn is transmitted from your operating system via Internet overseas line to the mostly US manufacturer of your device, as well as from your network operator, who provides you with the Internet on site/in your place of residence, from the provider of our homepage, from the backbones and network nodes, which are usually compromised by several reconnaissance services to protect the always threatened 'national security'. Likewise, the transfer points of the overseas cables are often tapped several times. On the other hand, Internet companies and all providers collect information about you and your surfing behavior even if you do not accept cookies. State institutions from Austria, Germany, Great Britain and the USA also work with Trojans, Artificial Intelligence Spyware and Megalith Pegasus programs.
So it is important to know that what we write here about the GDPR is completely irrelevant.
You and your surfing behavior, your social media posts, your mobile phone photos and cloud uploads, your contacts, online payments and your electronic correspondence will in any case be fully recorded, personalized, stored and evaluated.
Not from us. But from everyone else.
St. Nikolai i.S. Austria, 01. May 2024
